配置多轴联动加工系统,专项完成轮毂单元螺栓孔、定位销孔等复杂特征的一体化铣削、钻孔加工,通过标准化编程与规范换刀流程实现稳定生产,确保孔系位置度满足装配公差要求。
Equipped with a multi-axis linkage processing system, it specially completes integrated milling and drilling of complex features such as bolt holes and positioning pin holes of hub units. Through standardized programming and standardized tool change procedures, it achieves stable production, ensuring that the hole system position meets assembly tolerance requirements.

配备精密三坐标测量仪、圆度仪等专业检测设备,建立轮毂单元关键尺寸专项量值溯源体系,对轴承位直径、法兰面跳动等核心参数进行高精度校准,确保测量数据的权威性与准确性。
